Marge C., Diagnostic Imaging

Marge continually goes above and beyond for Aureus and our clients, who rave about her caring nature, dedication to her profession, her willingness to openly share her knowledge and experience with her co-workers, and her scans, which are the clearest they have seen. Examples of her going above and beyond are numerous.  She accepts assignments on the spur of the moment; has driven through a blizzard to step in for a facility in need; on a day’s notice drove to an assignment the day after Christmas to cover for an employee who walked off the job; and took the time to help a department learn how to fully utilize a piece of equipment which was new to them, while discovering a process improvement along the way.  When an assignment ends, Marge sends a personal letter to the hospital’s CEOs to thank them for having her. Kristin S., Rehab Therapy

Kristin is an ideal employee for Aureus Medical! Having worked with Aureus since 2004, she is currently on her 15^th assignment where she has worked since December. At the time she was placed, the facility did not have a current need, but found a place for her because of the amazing job she had done for them previously. Her account manager has described her as “top notch” and “A-team.” With her hard work and great attitude, Kristin is able to fit in with any team and clients continually ask her to stay on as a full-time employee. Her unmatched patient care combined with her amazing ability to remain flexible to our client’s needs are just two of the reasons why she is an outstanding Physical Therapist.

Janice F., Cardiopulmonary

Believing that it is a privilege to be able to help people, Janice is the epitome of a true professional. She has been working for Aureus since February 2007 and we have received only outstanding references and evaluations on her. Janice was inspired to enter the respiratory field by her father who was ill with a respiratory disease. He told her to make sure she treated her patients just like they were family because they are someone’s family. She has kept this first and foremost in her mind and does just that. Pat represents Aureus with the utmost respect, professionalism and courtesy towards both patients and co-workers. Her dedication at every assignment has not only been recognized by laboratory directors and managers, but also by her peers in the lab. A manager at one of her assignments said, “Pat was a life saver for our medical center and a joy to supervise.  She was always professional, courteous, and well-liked by all of our staff.” She is a truly caring and compassionate professional.
