Amber B., Respiratory Therapist
Amber has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Cardiopulmonary and Allied Health Division of Aureus Medical Group. Amber is about to finish up her sixth assignment with Aureus. She has completed every assignment while receiving nothing but praise from the Respiratory Managers she has worked with. She is one of the most positive people anyone will ever meet. Amber is always flexible and takes on some less than ideal assignment locations. She has encountered many tough obstacles along the way but has remained professional throughout every situation. Ask any account manager that she has worked for and they’d say they wish their entire desk was made up of people like Amber. She is one of the very best!
Kelly F., Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Kelly has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Diagnostic Imaging Division of Aureus Medical Group. Kelly is about to finish her 11th assignment with Aureus and already committed to her 12th. She has been fantastic to work with. She is prompt with her compliance items, as well as returning calls and emails. She has always been polite and professional when working with us. Kelly has demonstrated flexibility when things have changed on assignments, including recently when we got a 30 day notice that her assignment was ending. She has completed three assignments at one facility, who year after year requests her back when they have a need. She is now headed back to another assignment where she worked previously. One of her evaluations from another facility praised her by saying, “Kelly is very pleasant to work with and has a positive and professional demeanor. She provides a consistent level of patient care with a strong knowledge base for nuclear medicine. We would ask for her again if coverage was needed.”
Lorraine D., Medical Technologist
Lorraine has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Medical Laboratory Division of Aureus Medical Group. Lorraine has worked for Aureus for close to seven years. She is an incredibly hard worker and has a great attitude. She is flexible, passionate, and easy to work with. She has been offered permanent positions on multiple assignments. Lorraine is truly a great representation of Aureus Medical.
Jason P. – RN (Step-down)
Jason has been awarded the honor of being one of the Employees of the Quarter for the Nursing Division of Aureus Medical Group. Jason is currently working his eighth assignment with Aureus. He has consistently received fantastic feedback from our clients, patients, and numerous account managers from within the company. In a recent evaluation, his appraisal stated “We consistently receive feedback from patients on how much they appreciate Jason. He is a great teacher and makes the patients and families feel comfortable. Jason is extremely thorough and pays great attention to detail. We sure enjoy having him.” Not only is Jason an extremely talented nurse, he is also an advocate for numerous humanitarian and animal welfare groups. This passion and drive for helping others certainly speaks volumes of his character, which carries over into him providing excellent patient care as well as being a great team player with a consistently positive attitude.
Amanda (Mandy) D., Surgical Technologist
Amanda has been awarded the honor of being one of the Employees of the Quarter for the Nursing Division of Aureus Medical Group. Mandy has been working at one hospital for about a year and a half. She is always available to help the unit out, whether it is scheduling her whenever they need her or volunteering to be on call. She receives high praise from both her managers and her co-workers on a frequent basis and never complains. She always gets her timecard in on time and calls me immediately to let me know if she ever has to call in sick but still makes every effort to make up that time on a different day. Any time we chat on the phone she has nothing but great things to say about the hospital. On top of all of this, Mandy remains humble and does not think that she is doing anything “extraordinary”. She truly is an asset to Aureus.
Kelli B., Physical Therapist
Kelli has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Rehabilitation Therapy Division of Aureus Medical Group. Kelli has traveled with Aureus for two years and has had several assignments in Ohio, Hawaii, and Massachusetts. She started with Aureus as a new graduate and has blossomed into a skilled and experienced Physical Therapist specializing in the outpatient setting. However, she is always willing to take an assignment in a different setting and open up her preferences. She is responsible for several referrals that are currently traveling for Aureus. Kelli receives all 5s on her performance evaluations at every facility and gets requested to return to previous assignments. A few of her evaluations from her assignments have stated, “Simply stated, I would hire her on full-time in an instant!”, “Outstanding in the orthopedic population for which this contract is addressing. When census allows, she is gaining experience on the telemetry floors,” and “Well above expectations! Kelli is doing a fantastic job and is well-liked by her co-workers and patients. I would love to hire her on permanently!!”
