We do this to confirm that the quality of our contract employee(s) on assignment meets your needs, and to uncover any concerns or service issues that need to be addressed. These evaluations allow us to have an open dialogue with our clients to make sure we are meeting and exceeding their expectations.
The Joint Commission has similar standards for accredited facilities when evaluating their vendors. It is each accredited facility’s responsibility to define how they will meet the Joint Commission’s standard through their written procedures and practices. Has your facility established expectations for their contracted services? Have you communicated these expectations to your vendors?

Justin Mahr joined Aureus Medical in January 2001 as an Account Manager. After 7 years in that Role, Justin began his expanded duties as the Manager of Client Relations where he works closely with all medical division managers, account managers and senior management in the development and expansion of client and employee retention tools. Justin develops evaluations to track and monitor customer service levels as part of an ongoing company-wide process improvement initiative. Prior to joining Aureus, Justin was a Senior Regional Account Manager for The Hertz Corporation. Justin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Russian Language and Culture from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and an MBA from Bellevue University.
