First, grab a pack of walnuts, which boast flavonoids and vitamin E. They’re also a good source of fiber, protein and potassium.
Yogurt is another good on-the-go idea, since it contains plenty of protein along with probiotic bacteria that smoothen out digestion.
Try out a can of tuna, which is more than 90 percent protein. Just make sure you chew a piece of gum afterward.
