Stability in Contract Work

“Will I have another contract after this one? Will it be hard to find another contract?” All of these questions boil down to the same concept: stability in travel assignments. Many first time travelers fear making the leap into the traveling world due to the common misconception that there is no stability. I’m here to tell you that is not the case!

On the contrary, if you are on an assignment and looking to jump into your next contract, your recruiter or account manager will actively search for your next contract throughout your assignment to ensure you have something lined up. The more flexible you are in regard to shift, location, etc., the more marketable you will be. This will help you secure your next position before your contract is completed.
