It’s that time of year. The snow (and there’s a lot!) is starting to melt and give way to spring showers and May flowers. This time of year always brings thoughts of what we each need to do to ready our homes for the spring and summer. Long lists encompassing tedious chores such as packing away the winter clothes to washing windows and screens tend to take the majority of our free time. However, it’s easy to forget about some of the most important spring cleaning that needs to be done.
We tend to forget about the seasonal maintenance our bodies require to stay healthy. Hibernating comes natural to some of us when fall’s cool temperatures start sneaking in. What doesn’t come so naturally is the transition from winter to spring.
