I absolutely love traveling and I love Aureus Medical. All the ladies and gentlemen at Aureus are so friendly, personable, and professional!
I was working full-time at a hospital in rural Maine as a Charge Nurse and I didn’t feel like my life was going anywhere. Honestly, I felt like my career was at a standstill. A friend recommended Aureus Medical and encouraged me to travel. I had contemplated traveling in the past but at that point in my life, I knew that it was the change I needed.
There are so many things that I love about traveling; it is really hard to pick a favorite! I love traveling to different states and being able to explore the area and experience different cultures. Hiking is a hobby of mine so I especially enjoy the different challenging mountains I have climbed. I also love traveling for the experience gained in different hospitals. Traveling has made me a very adaptable nurse. It is so fun to constantly meet new people and make new friends.
I have traveled with Aureus Medical for 2.5 years. There are many reasons I continue to travel with Aureus. First, I have yet to find a company that compensates as well as Aureus Medical does. I have been able to take advantage of their tuition reimbursement and great benefits. Second, I have never met a more friendly and professional staff. They are helpful and caring but most of all they are personable. Third, they have been a company that has found me the jobs I wanted. I love the fact that they have account managers who cover individual states. I feel like each account manager is well versed in the state they staff and know the hospitals really well.
Looking back on my travels, I can only say positive things about Aureus Medical, because they are that awesome!
