The year is 2015 and the medical industry has been through quite a bit over the last 10 years. We’re starting to see the results of the Affordable Care Act, healthcare (in rehab therapy) is set to grow almost 20% over the next 10 years, and there are more staffing companies now than ever! Whether you’re a new graduate, an experienced therapist or an experienced “traveling” therapist – it never hurts to have a “go to”.
Here is the informal definition of “Go-To” (thanks Google): denoting a person or thing that may be relied on or is regularly sought out in a particular situation.
With all the different variables you have to consider when making a decision (company, location, setting, pay, personality, likes vs. dislikes, plus your overall “gut” feeling), why not have people who eat, live, and breath this industry every day be your “Go-To”?! Our floor consists of account managers (each account manager is responsible for a certain territory) and recruiters who help find qualified candidates and get them to the appropriate account manager. Collectively, our Rehab Therapy department has 90+ years of experience… yes, I said, 90+ YEARS!!!
