When you start working with Aureus, you’re paired with a recruiter who specializes in your area of healthcare. 

After discussing your preferences, the recruiter identifies potential assignments and matches you with best opportunity for you. 

Travel assignments typically range from 6 to 26 weeks. 

You work as a member of the facility’s existing healthcare team, as an employee of Aureus Medical. Once your assignment ends, you can begin a new assignment elsewhere or take time off. 

Your travel to and from the assignment, along with private and furnished housing, is covered by Aureus. You also receive a full benefits package, including health insurance, 401K, vacation pay, continuing education reimbursement, and more.
